The high winds and the soft snow make for treacherous driving.Thank

you for your comment-Laurent

It certainly captures winter driving very well! It also highlights (no pun intended) the need to have headlights on when driving in poor light and inclement weather.

The 2 power poles serve as decent frames on either side, and the monochrome is broken only by the lonely headlights.  In short, good interpretation of what you saw!  Sure, some Photoshop time could erase the darn power lines--but I wouldn't.

From your comment,I gather that you have driven in these conditions. Here,I only stopped briefly to let that car by and did not want to step out of my car as the visibility was the same behind.I shot through the windshield and had to de-saturate some to clear the green tint.I normally attempt to erase the cumbersome powerlines but as you note, they serve a purpose here.Thank you for the precise take on this and for the kind appreciation.....and Happy New Year to you and yours!

Meilleures salutations-Laurent
