Strange is never a bad thing. The abstraction does give this a very artistic feel.

The thumbnail jumped out in the Critique Forum -- triggered a closer look.

Gut Critique:

The absence of detail contorts perception leaving the form as trigger for interpretation. In the face of it, there are a number of curious aspects.

-- the only significant details to draw from are the floorboards and the nipple. Unless you're attempting to say foundation for life, which the title doesn't reflect, consider losing both.

-- if you crop just to the left of the nipple, you'll deliver an optical illusion as the image can be her leaning back from the left or turning as she's facing right.

-- either way, consider cropping the right to visually balance the form bottom left to pay off the highlight areas

Wonderful image, unlike any I've seen using this high-contrast nude landscape approach.

Please don't take this the wrong way!!!

After looking over your portfolio, this image is Other -- a break thru -- unlike any of your other captures. Well Done!
