Sunrise this morning

The cloud (plane trail) upper left is distracting the composition. If you leave out this brilliant cloud, you stay behind with a great photo.

I agree with Ivan. Great image but would be notably better without the contrail. Cheers, -Clayton

Is that a sundog at the top middle? Conditions look right for it but the telltale rainbow isn't apparent - possibly lost in post? In any case this is a fine photo and I like it a lot. I think cropping the top and far left would be worth a try.

Brrrr...I can feel this dawn.  Nicely done.  I'm usually one of the last to be concerned about so-called "distracting elements", but in this case I do think the contrail at upper left is a bit much and does not add anything to this lovely image.
