Cousin Laurie

Shot at the annual family Christmas party. I used a 1960's 105mm f2.5

Nikor Sonnar lens on my D7100, at f 2.8, 6400 iso.

A flattering pose that smoothes the neck.  Interesting lighting with a cooler light on her right side and a warmer light on her left side, the two gently blending in the middle of her face.  These lights are like soft, broad kicker lights which add accents and shape her face wonderfully.  Enough ambient light keeps contrast soft and appealing.  Good job.
