I like it.  Good B&W tones and the subject/composition are very interesting for the eye.

I usually look for the most beautiful things to take pictures of, but here you seem to have deliberately gone the other way and the effect is striking! Not only that, you have also photographed only the lower half of these people -- a point of view extremely rarely seen. I wouldn't call the effect beautiful, but it is definitely unique and artistic. Well done!
