SUNRISE IN HAWORTH

Went to Haworth at 8.00a.m. this morning to get a picture of a

sunrise in Haworth main street. By 8.15 a.m. my fingers were frozen,

just made it to the café for a pot of tea and egg on toast.

Your image looks like something from a motion picture with a very skilled photografer. I like the glow behind the village and the details in the shadows. Well done.

Superb control of light.  I like the single light on the building, the feeling of early dawn along the street, and the soft glow of a rising sun on the horizon.  Excellent work.

Excellent in all ways: light, composition, DOF are all perfect. And more important, it resonates emotionally. Your fingers may have been cold, but the image is about warmth.

I agree with everyone else. Wonderful shot in all ways. It is also a great and unique point of view for a sunrise. As an added bonus, the image and your comments are moving me to go fix a warm comforting cup of tea. :-)
