Caring for the Children - Tremblant

This is not a place for politics and some might be curious about my title. Simply put - Sandy Hook School shooting and the fact that almost 900 'children' have died since then, was on my mind. Can I stretch your imagination that these tufts of grass in the foreground are the children and they need both protection and nurturing. Yup - it's a big stretch - I know.   So if you can't make that stretch, just forgot about it and simply view this image because I wanted to present something which I hope appeals to others  - and don't forget to care for your children and grandchildren - all the time.

I like this. I live in South Georgia, USA, and we have a lot of river bank and marshes that resemble this without the mountains. I think the flooded grass is always interesting. Please visit my gallery, I've got some similar shots. Thanks.

I agree with your sentiments in their entirety and can see how this image could be visualised symbolically. 

I do love the perspective too, the sharp contrast of the spiky grasses against a backdrop of soft mist works so very well!
