and he peacefully crossed over Nobember 27, a day befor Thanksgiving...we will never forget this thangsgivings waiting to burried him the day after Thanksgivings. All is well with us, he was an Angel in everyway!

leaving us with a feeling of wanting more of him, but happy that he left after 96 years of wonderful lessons of love and understanding...

As lovely as Collette may be, my attention must be given to Popo.  My father-in-law was the only real father I experienced in my life.  He died a bit more than 2 years ago 2 months shy of his 96th birthday.  So I share your loss, and it has reawakened my gratitude to be able to grieve for an incredible person.

Oh, dear Jorge, my love and sympathy are with you. All those wonderful years he had, and so many with you. Perhaps he can scratch our kitty, Samantha, who passed on 11-12-13. I am sure she was at the gates waiting for someone new to love.

Stay strong and take time to grieve, my sweet friend. Grown men DO cry.
