I know what you mean by the categorization issue. I share that quandary often. PN needs maybe just a "misc" category or something like that.

These are great shadows and a most interesting tree. Your POV sets them up really well. I wonder how this would look in B+W? I am wondering if it might help isolate main subject(s) a bit. Either way, it is a nice image!
