Dreamlike nude, a timeless pleasure before all for our minds. What a pity for the socket and the grey spots on the wall. Ciao.

I do love the use of space in this image. For me the marks on the wall give it a feeling of reality. Had the wall been pristine, the image might be very sterile.

Thank you all for commenting on this particular image. I personally liked the isolation and the feeling of real space. The outlets and marks on the wall add to that sense of realism for me. The studio is actually in a New York City facility that rents for rehearsal, casting, and meeting usage. A model/photographer I worked with a while ago introduced it to me. There are two rooms with large north facing windows that provide this beautiful natural light. Once in a while you get reflections off of the neighboring buildings that looks like direct sun.

I too quite like this I do Mark. I muchly disagree about the distressed wall adding reality. With about 5 minuets work you could have cleaned this up in p shop. It would be good to be rid of the receptacle too. Having the model moving a bit stage left would solve this or... once again, p shop. A touch more contrast would suit too I'm thinking. For me if you place a model against a modern wall it should be cleaned up whereas a wall with blistering paint and exposed aggregate should be as funky as possible.

Raymond - I'm sure that your work to "fix" my work was well meaning but please do not do it again. I appreciated the original comment but do not feel the "perfected" image you proposed matched my vision for the photograph. Once again, the raw feel of the real location adds an element to the image that I happen to like.

Worry Not Mark... I'll never suggest or illustrate a better way again. I do feel it muchly distracts from the figure however and lessens the work. So It Goes... Enjoy your path wherever it leads you.

Let me clarify that I am always open to honest suggestions and negative comments on my photographs. In fact, I welcome them. One other person addressed the visible outlet to which I replied. I understand that some people like the raw environment and others don't. Neither of those opinions is incorrect!
