Thanks Greg & Verena! ... I think when people got lots of instinct then they are just like the Pelican and we called them Sociopath  :-) . Actually, the aninal only act on their instinct, I see a fish and I am going to eat it. At this pond, the Pelican attack all bird (mostly Cormorant) to steal the fish. However, at the bay (Bolsa Chica) the reverse is true. Every time the Pelican out there dive, the Cormorant come by and pull the fish off the Pelican's beak and the big bird can not do anything because if he open the beak the fish would escape. I think it's call Karma!

The swift predator of the sky hunting and catching his prey and then being hunted himself by the slower catalina of the shallow waters of the shore. Good storytelling!
