Thanks for viewing/comments! ..These Grebe get a fish now and then and

some of the times for unknown reason, they would just takes off really fast

with the fish in the beak. At times, they would dive or just stay on the

surface as though to avoid having their food get stolen ... It's a very difficult

shot and I got lucky to catch this with one center point focus since I was

using the 2x TC III on the 500mm F4 .

I noticed that TMJ.The Great Crested Grebes at Lee Valley Park NP do that when they catch a fish.When they catch crayfish they dismember them and eat them on the same spot.It seems fish are on the menu for more birds than crayfish,keep the good work coming
