I like the building colours / details, and the perspective and composition. Where I think it looks slightly odd is the area's where the white cloud meet the clear sky which appear as a dark halo, or maybe that is how it was?

I'm wondering if Nik Silver Efex would be a good alternative for processing this one in B & W?
