stevemarcus 0 Posted September 18, 2003 Very nice image, Lou Ann. My, how I love that place! I look forward to seeing more picts in your "Road Trip to Alaska" series. I hope you get a chance to return to the Canadian Rockies one day, and when you do, that you have some nice weather. We've been there twice in early-mid July and, by and large, had very good weather on both trips. My mother-in-law insists that this is the best time of the year to go (she's been there at least 6 times!). Link to comment
aepelbacher 0 Posted September 18, 2003 Darned clouds!! :-) I was only in the Canadian Rockies National Parks for a few hours. Most of the time it was either pouring rain or snowing (elevation dependant!) There were only a very few spots of blue in the sky. When we saw them, we grabbed the cameras and shot like crazy. Besides the comment "You should have waited for the sky to be less overcast" ... what else do you think about this shot? Any comments or ratings are greatly appreciated!! Link to comment

alaghi 0 Posted September 27, 2003 Too contrasty.I'd crop and stay only with the mountains, the colors there are beautiful and equilibrated. The lower part is too dark.In this case, you'd use some less contrast film, like NPH or NPS, for color negative. Link to comment
cjrupp 0 Posted September 29, 2003 I like the composition, its very hard to control the light in landscapes. Good picture. Link to comment
