I like too, but the picture is underexposed and a little out of focus. I will rate 4

I agree with Rajat and I agree with Sergio. 

Su has utilized a strategy of rating low so people now come to his images and that has worked nicely. Some will reciprocate with low ratings, some will say nice things (that benefits future ratings) while others like Sergio will identify his rating and explain why.

I will simply rate low because I don't want to reward that type of behavior.
