This must be viewed larger to get the correct color. I don't know why PN

has such upload problems with color. As a daytime image, I like the

expansiveness here. The fence also seems to be a major asset. I'd

appreciate your comments and thoughts. Thanks. Larry

I've also had trouble with accurate color.  Sometimes I even have to change the color drastically when I edit to account for the changes PN will make.  It's weird.  But the large version of this is quite impressive, and the color is beautiful.  I've been here several times and always experienced such haze that I didn't even bother to take a picture.  You lucked out on the weather and maximized your opportunity.

Christal,   Thanks for your comment.  Last time I inquired, PN said they were working on the upload problem.  They still haven't gotten it right.  I use the old single image downloader under portfolio.  I found this spot by asking the B&B owners for the best place to view and photograph the Sisters.  This is right at the end of a new housing development in the town of Sisters.   This is a lovely area; nicer than Bend.   Thanks again.  Larry

Hi Larry- Beautiful blue colours with a great collection of fluffy clouds. On a lazy day at our cabin I love just sitting & watch the clouds float slowly by & listening to the waves lapping on the shoreline, a perfect summer day & that is the feeling imparted by your fine image.. Your image is also very neat with the fence establishing a bottom border & all the roofs in the lumber yard pointing in the same direction. All in all,a very nice& pleasant image. Very Best Regards-Ross P.S. Thanks for your nice comments on my Chaos image

Hello Larry - after what Christal and Ross said, I have little to say.

For the color differences you are seeing between normal and big size, is probably caused by incorrect color setting  RGB should be sRGB

Tony,  Thanks for the visit.  The color space setting is not the problem.  It tried it in both sRGB and RGB.   I think this is a PN glitch.   Larry

A beautifuls scene, Larry ! I love the clouds capping each of the three mountains.

I also had a problem with colors on the PN (and on the web per se). Read the suggestions of Jan Matussik in this link. They solved the problem for me. But it did not solve the problem of other people getting incorrect  colors when not using color management in their browsers. Best regards. Peter
