There is a bit of lens flare which I thought added a bit of colorful flair. Should i have cloned it out?  Thanks.

Tony first let me say your work is outstanding. I would fix the flare and bump the blacks a little in the background, just my thoughts.

David - I appreciate your input and thank you for your kind words.

I have given a stab at your suggestions and have loaded the revised version in the recent folder. Being a bit of a color freak (not always) I thought the subdued but multicolored lens flare might give a bit of visual contrast. I am willing to try different things recognizing that we will not all like the same thing but some images seem to have that universal appeal and I am sure we cannot produce a mathematical algorithm that you can an image through that will predict its aesthetics value. Maybe I should try and develop something like that - Not!

Hi Tony, I would have preferred lens flare, possibly had it been a little more prominent and contrast. 

I always wanted to have a landscape where I have the greens, blue sky the sun and the sharp contrasting lens flares up to 1/2 the image.
