I do like backs. They are very photogenic. What I like about this image the most however, is the hair. 

Excellent work! Great model and light. Nice contrast between the textures of hair, skin and towel. I like the curve formed by head, spine/arms and the towel.

I wish the pants wouldn't be visible. And I wonder what can be seen on the model's left forearm: hair? Those elements slightly attract the attention away from the essential but these are really minor flaws.

Well worth a 6.

Hen.  I think the is a simple but sophisticated photo.  I think the tone and lighting are great.  I disagree with Alain about the "pants".  It looks like a towel to me and I think it enhances the image and is consistent with the mood.  I agree with Alain about the left forearm.  I would clone that out.  It is hard to tell if it is part of a tattoo or something else.  Aside from that very minor point, it is a wonderful image.  Dana...

Simple and elegant. I like it a lot.

I agree with the suggestions above for very minor edits and with almost all the superlatives. Line, textures, light, pose are all wonderful. But I think the towel is a mistake. The image cries out to be a real nude. If you had the two versions to compare, I'm sure you'd agree.
