Thank you!The sunset was not that spectacular but it lit up the high clouds which reflected nicely in the shallow pond with the high grass still peeking at medium tide.

Lovely. I like when you turn your camera on what is nearer for a change. This picture has a lilting feeling, a snatch of evening's passing song.

Often people are criticized for not seeing the bigger picture.  This image explains why the bigger picture doesn't necessarily tell the whole story, or even the best part of the story.  I love the silhouetted vegetation and the splashes of sunset on the still water.

Thank you so much for looking in and for the knowledgeable observation.I guess we(I) have a tendency to forget one or the other aspect when  faced with subjects like sunrises/sunsets which have a short lifespan.Glad you like this one where the big picture was not that great,so the choice was easy.
