I have made some quick editing changes simply for your consideration - no claim to it being better - but different.

 

Among other changes, I have darkened the tires in the foreground making them less 'prominent'. 

To be honest, and as a non nautical person, I saw the tires as car tires but it did not take me long to realize that these tires are connected with the boats - ones used to protect the hull from impact.

Thank you for taking time on this.I think your edit perks up the image but makes the foreground a tad more spectacular than I would have made it surely because I know this to be rather bland as it is in an abandoned section of the waterfront.In the final analysis,all good and where you stop the button is a matter of taste as you note.

Wow, fantastic, Laurent. That line of ships with there gumball colors is an inspired bit of composition. I'll put this one in my favorites.
