Wow, those eyes really grab you.  Fantastic lighting.  Great pose, wonderful subtle expression - sort of a veiled mirth like the Mona Lisa.  Well done.

Excellent pose and lighting, has that Mona-lisa feel. the only thing I would say is the eyes ore slightly too white for the rest of the image but a masterfull portrait just the same.
