I don't think I've ever seen such a collection of fish. Sometimes they feel like Albrecht Durer woodcuts or engravings in their wealth of detail. All that's missing is the smell.

This is fine art indeed. All of the images you posted today are equally wonderful. I have tried to photograph fish in markets for many years, but never came up with anything meaningful. You have produced some very unique, well composed and artistic images of these marvelous specimens. The lighting is just right, as is the sharpness. The detail in this one of the hook is an added wonder. Congratulations.

It could almost be a cast aluminum sculpture.  It's the three cloudy eyes and the hook that reel the viewer into this shot.
