Catfish Man Tennessee River circa 1996

Nicely composed b/w documentary shot, but I'd like to see a little more context, perhaps?

Context is not my style, but....I was on a back road going from Florida to somewhere(??).  He lives on the river.  Catches and sells bullhead catfish. Hence, they call him "Catfish Man.  If there was more I do not remember. It was a long time ago. Thank you for commenting. Appreciated.

If by "context" you mean text.
