This picture and many others in this folder were taken in

Tharanganmbadi (Tranquebar) on Oct 12/13. Built by Danish visitors.

 

The pictures showing boating are from Pichavaram mangrove forest.

The stone structures are from Chidambaram temple.

The statue figures from Poompuhar.

The last two pictures are from Pondicherry, an erstwhile French

settlement.
