Thanks for viewing/comments! .. I was too late to catch him eating the fish but

from the bulge of giggling neck I can tell his eyes are bigger than his stomach

:-) .. he swam around flexing the neck muscle trying to push the fish down but

it could not go any further. After swimming around flexing the neck he decided

to take off (this shot) ... well ... any aviator knows about overload and he

crashed into the water right after I took this show .; barely airborne for 50

yeards or so.

Thanks Dominick! Aloha and good to hear from you! ... I think it also happens at those 'all you can eat' places with people too  :-)

Thanks Giangiorgio! .. after I took this shot he crashes into the  water, swam around a few minutes and gave up but barely walking up the mud bank where he stood around for at least 45 minutes before he can take off again ..

A very special wonderful capture and interesting event beside it.the light is fantastic! so is the angle and details!

If i'm not mistaken, pelican have the overload problem after full stomac.but here is a real deformation of the neck.the fish goes only one way in.interesting if the bird survive...

Anyway you have done here a great job !!!

Many regards! Hanan
