This is almost--I said almost--too sad to see or to shoot. Very powerful and intimate. The mussed up hair and the lighter(?) in her hand add to the story.

Meir.  I thought this was an incredibly moving image.  Very sad, even without an explanation of her situation.  I have been looking at some of your work lately and this is my favorite so far.  Photography should make you pause and reflect and this image stopped me in my tracks.  Dana...
