Fairly stylized portrait.  I think you've added a bit too much light to his left eye -- it seems unnaturally or artificially light (i.e., the processing shows).  Still, there are several qualities I like, and I can understand why he was chosen as a subject.

very nice portrait but I agree with Stephen...too much light on that one eye....David
