Most interesting in this image is the light on the hills through the low clouds, and secondly the contrast of the vibrant green grass against water rand everything. I suggest you avoid those foreground trees and keep the composition very simple, focus on that wonderful light. Cool stuff from veranda for sure :-)

Thank you Lalit. I have downloaded a new version where the bushes in the foreground is removed. It will take some time before the new version is active.

Eystein, the location and this view caught is magic indeed, what a pleasure to be there and see in the morning something like this.About those bottom trees I agree that a different your position can change the image. Now what I see in large view is something that make me give you a question about filter you applied(oil pain or pixel bender),the forest border line has a bright line in most of layers that in small view isn't so evident. So my feeling is that the original clear sharp image is better than this filtered one because the landscape is so good looking,is a peaceful mood with all this elements here.As you see each one has his taste and my opinion is not necessary to be agreed by others.

good light for more excellent photos to be

Tony, Sidsel, Radu and Ruud, thank you very much.

Tony - it is now 12 hours since I uploaded the new version, but it is still not there.
Radu - I haven't used a filter. The effect appeared when i first used a noise reduction, then I sharpened it, ran a new noise reduction, sharpening and so on several times. Then it ended up like a painting. I discovered this by accident and have not heard of others who have used the same method.

Best regards Eystein
