The high winds were moving the sand to the dunes at the same time

leaving a sheet of exposed stones on the beach.Tried to capture the

moving sand but...What do you think?Thank you for your comment-Laurent

The strong shadows made me think immediately that this image depicts the surface of another planet (or at least how I might envision one).  Interestingly, one of the filters I often use in my abstracts is "wind," but you have allowed nature to create the effect for you.

Excellent work . . .

Is for sure that filter can't create a so nice image with rocks, sand and wind.I like this one from two uploaded, indeed looks like from other planet.

good one my friend

Thank you kindly. When I am out there on the deserted beach(except for my trusty dog companion),I sometimes get the feeling that I am on another planet.Seriously,I don't have your skills with PP and I can only show what's in front of the lense with just some basic touch-ups;on this one,the wind was really strong and lifting a dense dust which unfortunately I lost in my "enhancing" exercise.Still glad you like.

Merci et meilleures salutations-Laurent

Thank you for the kind appreciation. This is a regular scene here when we get the high winds on the dry beach;the other aspect of this is that the sand moves up and re-configures the dunes......making for more interesting images.

Salutations amicales-Laurent
