My wife insisted on visiting the leaning tower of Pisa while in Italy.

(I wasn’t so excited.) The walk from the main train station, Pisa

Centrale, to the Campo dei Miracoli or Field of Miracles where the

famous Torre Pendente (the leaning tower) is located is only about a

half hour walk, but I swear my wife was doing it in five minutes if I

had not begged her to slow down and let me live. She does marathons

and I don’t. We had heard forecasts of rain and this kind of excited

the photographer in me to see what kind of reflections the rain would

present. This is a view of the Battistero (Baptistry), one of the

other beautiful buildings in the Piazza of Miracles. Comments and

critique welcome.
