In this case and from this angle! More persuasive as a composition than the other one I already commented!

Best regards, amigo!

Hi Jorge,

I like this image for the aesthetic purposes and its technical aspects as well.

You used the 17 mm at F/4 which inherently allows for a great DOF without any compromise to the short fcoal length lens. The details seen are very good.

So many poeple excessively stop down their wide angle lens that the result is nothing but gross, ill defined details  with little color saturation present across the scene.

Nice presentation my friend.

Best Regards, Mike

I am really fascinated from old things and places, as I already said several times in other posts... And this subject is great. The composition works great too, I love the colors and the textures of the train. The only thing that doesn't convince me is the frame... maybe's too... Too much! :-))

I am always very interested by photos of abandoned structures that nature "reclaims", so this gallery folder immediately drew my attention. And this picture is my favorite from this series! The colors are wonderful - the sky against the earth works beautifully, and you get a lot of dynamic range there - especialy the clouds give the picture a lot of atmosphere. The camera-angle is very, very interesting; to me, the waggon seems to approach the viewer, and "disappears" into nature in the background. A strong photo that I really like!

Powerful depth diagonal from left top to right bottom, both offering considerable interest of foreground transcending to a detailed background.
