"Go ahead, click". Yes I think that is what he said, og maybe he tried to stop a car from running over him. Well seen.

A few years ago, a few weeks before my 50th birthday, I was feeling a little down about hitting that milestone. My wife and I were at the mall and I was doing what most men do, sitting on the bench outside the store while my wife shopped, when an older fellow pushing a walker came up and asked if he could share the bench with me. I agreed then he started to tell me that the walker wan't his, that he was test driving it. He told me that all his friends would probably joke and bug him about it but he also said that at his age if he took a fall, recovery would be very slow. He also told me about growing up in Saskatchewan on a farm and playing hockey in the junior league. After we talked for a while he got up and left saying that he was going to purchase the walker and to heck with his friends. I really admired his courage and left feeling much better about myself. Now when I see people pushing there walkers i have a lot more respect because there's a story behind every walker. Thanks for sharing Ruud. Best regards, Bob.

This one is an image with sensibility, Ruud, I like the history that tell us, and specially the attitude of this man.

I really like the story that Bob Henderson shared Ruud. A story behind every person and every 'walker'!!! I think it is excellent that elderly folks use walkers, anything to keep them active and get around safely!!
