A marvelous artistic image with much embedded color present.

I see that you employed ISO 200 which is excellent for your camera.

As for using F/13 with a 24 mm lens, I would have shot it differently (most likely wide open) for more developed details in the image itself, but that is not necessary for "Artistic purposes".
