You setup worked fine with this scene . However, there remains a reduction in the lens performance as observed in the build details.

I know that your camera is limited to 1/4000 second, but using F/2.5 at 1/4000 second would still result in an image that could be managed because of the available dynamic range that your sensor provides.

Another option would be to use ISO 100 to assure that the clouds did not become saturated, although for this scene featuring the buildings, that would be fine anyway.

As with your other two images that I reviewed, this scene is effectively at Infinity and there is no DOF issues at any F-stop used.
