Another in a fascinating and seemingly endless series. It reminds me of when I was briefly a taxi driver in my earlier days. Before I drove a taxi myself, I never noticed how many taxis there were on the streets. I guess we all see what we're looking for.

Jack, The dogs in cars thing is seasonal in my neighborhood, with the summer being too hot for people to leave their dogs out in a car and the dead of winter being too cold. I see opportunities mostly in spring and fall. I keep expecting to find myself growing bored of the concept and ending the series, however I still find myself drawn to skulk around parking lots. I suppose photographers who shot portraits oftentimes do so for a lifetime without getting tired of yet another face. The response I get to any new, dogs in cars, photos here is abysmal but I do still get helpful and encouraging comments elsewhere.

Well, comment-wise, it's a far cry from the halcyon days of yore. But I guess we're all busy. Busy, busy, busy. That's the refrain nowadays but one I seldom use myself since the truth seems to be I have more than enough time to waste, hence the never-ending flow of comment from these parts. There's no one over here to talk with about art so I might as well write down my thoughts and cast the notes onto the waves in empty beer bottles and see what the tide returns to me.

It has a softness and calm , and the light which  is  wrapped around him. The various dogs of your series are so diverse, that each of them has a lot to offer to the viewers. There is somthing so beautiful, nearly human, in  his pose, like waiting silently...

I hope you are well ! a long time...

The quality of the light as you've exposed this and seen it through has a richness and depth befitting the animal's gaze and even his coat. I like the photographic window that supports the car windows behind it. Looks like I can barely make out two girls in the adjacent car, which takes this to still another level. You've evocatively used contrast here, without it devolving into the usual thoughtless high contrast which is done more for the sake of graphics than for expression. The contrast you employ here is nuanced, organic, and thoughtful. It's well framed as well. It has a dreamlike quality both in terms of content and form or style. It's very photographic and photogenic.
