Thank you.You are right about the light on the road;I had made an attempt at this and it was not that good and I did not return to it as I should have before posting.I attach a copy with a brightened lower portion of the scene....and I will have to be more attentive in the future as I believe you had picked up on this on another one of my images.I appreciate your input.

Thank you for looking in and for the kind appreciation.This is a very particular area as this road crosses a peat moss marsh with its own type of vegetation.

Thank you for the appreciation and for uploading your worked version.These big skies are really great as they can be transformed in so many configuration,all with their strong but different attraction.I had initially worked this one in color but the ground portion seemed to take the drama out of it so I pushed the B&W button and went from there.

I like the version where the road and  marshland on both sides are dark, it draws my eyes to the end of the road, where the sky, the light and the clouds exhibit a dramatic effect. V
