From the thumbnail, I couldn't figure out what this might be.  But you've caught a small group of pelicans in a relaxed moment of grooming.  It's the shaft of light (along with the reflection) that really makes the image.  Nice work.  It might have been nice to have the two nearest the camera a bit more separated, but they don't mover very much when engaged in this necessary behavior.

An excellent image with a special atmosphere due to the light, the reflexion in the water and the rather strange posture of the pelicans.
