wow very strong image! for my taste i would like it even more if it was a bit more natural looking, but thats only my taste . anyway this is a great composition. it gives a feeling of fear 

A powerful, graphic image but inappropriate for the News/Journalism category to which it was submitted for ratings/critiques. There's no apparent news content. And the heavy processing would generally be frowned upon by most news agencies, unless it was an illustration for a feature article rather than hard news report.
