Lovely portrait. for a similar situation would you consider under-exposing by one stop?

The Leica 75mm is a terrific portrait lens.

As for exposure level, this is always simple to adjust in post processing since your colors and tones are well developed initially.

Tony - Curious that you would say so.  I increased exposure in post by precisely one stop, adding appropriate exposure recovery.  Nothing is overexposed in the raw shot or the posted version.  I'll work on another with some highlight recovery and less exposure recovery.  I'll attach it to another comment soon.  Thanks.  epd

I think Tony made the right call - the slightly underexposed version works for me.  This is a very pleasing study - great colours, great character.
