Hi Sam,

A nice scenic view.

There appears to be a haze in the background, and perhaps this is why the sky appears to be over exposed a bit.

Best Regards my friend, Mike

Hi Mike,

as you live in a clear-sky part of the world, that blueish haze might not be very familiar to you.

In my overpopulated part of the word, air pollution, combined with a thinly clouded sky (mainly due to contrails which have spread) not only gives a blueish haze but also produces hard white light from above. This is especially the case when the weather is considered nice while under high barometric pressure.

That whitish sky is also reflected in the river water surface.

It's a photographer's nightmare at clear daylight so to speak.

Hope this explanation helps.

Thanks for noticing the imperfectness in the eyes of a Florida man used to bright colors & undilapidated sunshine!

cheer

Sam
