I see this is one of three photos from the same session, two of which are very similar, with all three submitted to three different categories for ratings. This was submitted to the News/Journalism category, possibly the least suitable category for this photo. There's no news content, and the apparent use of HDR processing is frowned upon by some news outlets. This might be suitable as part of a multi-photo essay, architectural study or documentary project.
