Very nice photo, Kim. The backdrop has a very smooth, sort of indoor-like appearance. What was the setting for this photo?

Off my front porch - the bird was close to the feeder, but I didn't want that in the shot. We live in a stilt home, up in the trees, so many good photo ops. Thanks for your comments.

you are a very patient photographer Kim. one of my photographer friend told me that a bird's photo without the white point in the eye dosn't count, and you have it. thanks.

I've been trying to get the catchlight in the bird's eye every time, but some I get and some I miss! I was lucky the light was right on this one. Thanks for viewing and commenting!
