'Tongue in Cheek: Groom's Nervousness, or a Wedding Night Prediction?' (B&W ed.)

This groom has his tongue firmly 'in cheek'. Is this a sign of

nervousness on his wedding day, or is it for friends a prediction of

what will happen on his wedding night -- you be the judge? Photo

taken in an Eastern European country but the 'gesture' (if it is one, is

commonly seen in that country relating to certain things that are

associated with Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky). Enough said?
