the observer

They look so human! especially the observer ..his folding hand and his head on them ... our ancestors....for sure...

As usual it is a great timing and very well composed .I like as well the color tones.

I have seen many photos of chimps, but never anything as sinister as this, and with the two "submissive" chimps in front as if "conspiring in a whisper", the picture also outlines an intriguing story. I love it!

Thank you all very much. After taking this image I viewed it and was both surprised and happy with the composition.

Chimps are considered to be our closest relatives both behaviourally and genetically. They are both compassionate and calculating and reflect human behaviour quite well. I think this image represents human dynamics well

Something quite worthy of 'National Geographic' status.... or better!
