krpradu 125 Posted August 18, 2013 Is true that all my flowers presented in my portfolio are colored ones, the variety of colors and shapes delight our eyes and soul. When I caught this beautiful orange yellow rose I had the idea to try a bw version for it,is possible to present the beauty of a flower in bw?Your comment here maybe will say yes or no,I will appreciate your honest opinion. Eystein 1 Posted August 18, 2013 To make B/W photos of flowers is difficult, but I think you have succeed. Maybe I would have increased the contrast just a little bit.Regards Eystein Link to comment
gungajim 75 Posted August 18, 2013 I like the sharpness of the petals with the gradual blurring as the eye moves beyond the petals. Link to comment
alfbailey 2 Posted August 18, 2013 I think the subtle B & W shades are just delightful. I think I prefer this to any colour rose. The fact that is is understated only serves to enhance its beauty in my eyes! Sincere Compliments! Alf Link to comment
william_staniforth 0 Posted August 19, 2013 The B/W has worked well showing the intracies of the petals without the distraction of colour . Bill Link to comment
