Dear Laurent,

I have enjoyed looking through this interesting Acadian village with your trademark POV...all very, very nice. I am curious where this is. I am quite familiar with the Acadiens of Louisiana USA (some call them Cajuns) who trace their lineage partly to the Nova Scotia region, so my guess is that is the what I am seeing here, but would be interested in knowing for sure.

As always with your work, beautiful skies, interesting POV and wonderful clarity, not to mention interesting subjects.

Thank you for the interest and kind observation.The "Village Historique Acadien" is located here in New Brunswick on the outskirts of the village of Bertrand just  a 45-minute drive from where I live.We,Acadians are of the same breed as the Cajuns of Louisiana and you are right in your deduction;there are good write-ups on this historic site on the Internet.Due to our harsh winters,this site operates in the summer only and it is very inter-active as the "actors" work,farm,cook,bake, eat as it was and if you are a lucky visitor,you will be invited to share that extra portion at mealtime provided you help with the dishes.
