Really nice light.  Having a low but illuminated cloud like this is very short-lived, and you were fortunate to see it.  I want to suggest panning the camera to the left to eliminate the partial boat on the right and to move that post on the left edge more into the frame, although I wouldn't want to center the cloud while doing this panning.  Also, I don't know what's to the left, so I'm assuming it's more of this quiet waterscape with nothing like a boathouse, etc.  Alternatively, I'd make a quick dash to the left to retain most of this composition while avoiding the partial boat on the right.  The cloud and the mountain to the right, along with the reflection and the grasses, are the main elements to retain, while the post and the boat in the distance (esp. the boat) can also add to the scene in a good way because they appear to be very difficult to avoid from this general location.  Ideally for my taste the post on the left and boat on the right would be gone; I'm just guessing on the best way to do that.
