When I viewed the thumbnail,I thought the tip of the wing was in the trees....not so but almost in this excellent capture of the low flying bird.Skillful to have frozen this fast moving subject to turn out an excellent image!

John and Laurent, thanks for your kind comments! Last year I was flying inside of this aircraft. The pilot (and owner) is a friend of mine (you may see him in the back seat) with many years of this activity. I guess we may call him a SAFE pilot.

 

This old aircraft was buil in Portugal in 1956 and is the only original one flying in Portugal. This type of aircraft was used also by our air force in war missions (Angola, Mozambique, Guinea) and for instruction purposes.Best regards.
