Elstad 7 Posted August 4, 2013 Thanks for the Look and the Write! best viewed large... The background is a montage made up of an image that I made at the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, Spain. It seemed fitting for this, my version of, La La Pietà which I based on a painting by William Adolphe Boubuereau in the Chapel of the Virgin in the Cathedral of Saint Louis in La Rochelle, France Link to comment
Elstad 7 Posted August 4, 2013 That would be William Adolphe Bouguereau, not the way I spelled it above :=} Link to comment
limajunior 8 Posted August 4, 2013 Hi Raymond Very nice composition. It is a new look for a Michelangelo's idea (1499). It is a very impressive work with original models. Nice colors. Congratulations. Roldao Link to comment
GerrySiegel 868 Posted August 4, 2013 It is weird but creative and shows a lot of good compositional balance. Why everybody needs a tattoo I still don't know, but they do not detract all that much in this case. Good sparkling colors I must add. The religious significance was not immediately obvious, so the explanation was helpful... I wish you well, gs Link to comment
