flowers are prairie natives and are reputed to supress colds or virus.

Dominick,  Thanks for your visit.  The biggest problem with thos image was getting rid of intense small areas of sunlight.  I managed to do this by taking the highlights down.  I appreciate your comment.   Larry

Very nice, Larry.  You ought to put this up for ratings, not because ratings are important (they aren't), but so that more people would see your work.

Lannie,   I am completely unimpressed with the ratings.  Most of the images I've seen are way underrated, especially anything that is not real dramatic.  I had many of my images rated in the my first years as a subscriber, but it lost value for me quickly.  Too bad because I am aftaid that many people lose confidence and refrain from posting because of low ratings.   Thanks for the visit.

I think this is one photo wherein the shadows play an integral part of the whole image. With it, it creates depth and dimensionality. The lighting likewise is not harsh and all of these make the image beautiful. Very nicely done.
